About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to an assigned client portfolio, resolving requirements promptly and maintaining close contact with client stakeholders.
- Advise clients on benefit plan design and provide recommendations for improving their employee benefit conditions.
- Contribute to new business development within the existing client base.
- Manage the annual renewal process for the assigned client portfolio.
- Act as a liaison and negotiator between insurance companies and clients to ensure synergy.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, broking, and communications to manage work teams and follow-up processes.
- Advise clients on procedures and documentation required for major medical expense policies through periodic visits and telephone consultations.
- Prepare loss ratio reports, renewal proposals, and client work plans to keep clients informed of their employee benefit package performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits.
- Proven analytical capacity.
- Proficiency in technological tools.
- Strong commercial relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- English proficiency (minimum 70%).
