Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients to build strong and trusted relationships
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process with engaging product training
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism
- Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Share client feedback and insights to help enhance products and service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing, customer service, or account support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and apply product knowledge effectively
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks
