About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Encourage sales of additional services and products where appropriate
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the water or beverage industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
