About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, including order entry, pricing integrity, and shipment information.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment, follow-ups, and on-time deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, including negotiating returns and coordinating with quality and accounting teams.
- Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals and proactively communicate supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling.
- Follow up on returned or defective labels to ensure proper handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, or Sales Administration.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicable computer systems or function-specific software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
