Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, including order entry, pricing integrity, and shipment information.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order follow-up, fulfillment, and on-time deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally, including negotiating returns and managing billing or product issues.
• Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning.
• Coordinate and follow up on defective labels and returns during the handling process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, or Sales Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicable computer systems.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
