Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service to mining clients regarding physical preparation and geochemical analysis of mineral samples.
• Coordinate with internal global teams and clients to manage service aspects, including deadlines, laboratory methods, and incident resolution.
• Conduct internal and external client meetings and visits under the supervision of the Area Manager.
• Assist in the creation and editing of commercial proposals.
• Monitor and report on client sample flow forecasts to management.
• Maintain internal ALS databases, including client codes and CPTs.
• Support the billing process by reviewing measurements and invoices, and assist the finance team with collections when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Geology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical sales or after-sales roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Availability for national travel within Brazil.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
