About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound voice processes
- Provide technical support services to consumers and small businesses
- Manage customer queries via phone in a BPO environment
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 qualification (Graduate or Undergraduate preferred)
- Fluent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)
