About the role
Responsibilities
- Call handling from customers to resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
- Supporting customer queries and providing necessary technical assistance
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice processes preferred
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is eligible
- Age between 18-32 years
- Work experience certificates required
