Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Resolve technical issues regarding printers, routers, and email
- Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) preferred
- Age between 18-32 years
