About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
  • Provide support regarding printers, routers, and email issues
  • Address customer queries and provide necessary assistance

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
  • Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) preferred
  • Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational offs
