About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
- Provide support regarding printers, routers, and email issues
- Address customer queries and provide necessary assistance
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice is an advantage
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) preferred
- Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational offs
