About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Provide dedicated technical support to client-identified VIPs.
  • Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities and respond to change management requests.
  • Deliver desk-side support and ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate repair status, arrival times, and estimates to end-users and service desk personnel.
  • Follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical school certification or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair kit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Existing OEM certifications.
