About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Provide dedicated technical support to client-identified VIPs.
- Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities and respond to change management requests.
- Deliver desk-side support and ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate repair status, arrival times, and estimates to end-users and service desk personnel.
- Follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Technical school certification or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair kit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Existing OEM certifications.
