Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
- Provide desk-side support and IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities
- Support client-identified VIPs and manage change requests
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant technical experience or technical school certification
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- A+ certification
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Possession of a basic repair kit
