Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
  • Provide desk-side support and IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities
  • Support client-identified VIPs and manage change requests

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant technical experience or technical school certification
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • A+ certification
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • Possession of a basic repair kit
