About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
- Provide desk-side support to client-identified VIPs
- Execute Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities
- Respond to change management requests and equipment installations
- Communicate repair status and estimates to end-users and service desk personnel
- Follow documented service operations policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant technical experience or technical school certification
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Ability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a basic repair kit
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- A+ certification
- Relevant OEM Certifications
