About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
  • Provide desk-side support to client-identified VIPs
  • Execute Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities
  • Respond to change management requests and install new PC equipment
  • Communicate repair status and arrival times to end-users and service desk personnel
  • Follow documented service operations policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant technical experience or technical school certification
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Must own a basic repair kit
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • A+ certification
  • Relevant OEM Certifications
