Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites within the designated territory
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system problems to ensure minimal downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance services in accordance with customer production schedules
• Deliver onsite technical training to customers regarding the operation, repair, and maintenance of products
• Provide telephone technical support, including participation in rotational after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call schedules
• Manage customer relationships by promoting product features, aftermarket ranges, and identifying growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate Domino parts inventory and install base profiles
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to provide technical and integration expertise

Requirements

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related field service experience
