Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites within the designated territory
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system problems to maximize equipment uptime
• Perform onsite technical training for customers regarding the operation, repair, and maintenance of products
• Carry out preventative maintenance services in line with customer production schedules
• Provide telephone technical support, including rotational after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call duties
• Manage customer relationships through commercial awareness to drive retention and growth
• Maintain accurate Domino parts inventory and install base profiles
• Actively promote the features and benefits of Domino products and aftermarket ranges

Requirements

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related field service experience
