Customer Service Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the car Vending Machine
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process
• Maintain a safe and clean driving record in accordance with CMV Driver Qualification policy

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles
• Ability to stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a Notary commission and Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
