Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto haulers and perform regular vehicle inspections
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system
• Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with CMV Driver Qualification policy

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (11am - 9pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Notary commission within 90 days
• Ability to satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration access
