Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicle safety
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system
• Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with CMV Driver Qualification policy

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, snow, etc.)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to obtain a Notary commission and state-specific licenses (Chauffeur's, Vehicle Verifier, or Salesperson) as required
