About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate order entry and management within the company’s ERP/CRM system
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers following order placement, providing status updates and resolving inquiries
  • Generate and issue accurate invoices and standard quotations in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Solutions and Sales Engineers, to ensure streamlined operations
  • Maintain up-to-date customer account information and documentation within the CRM
  • Manage customer returns and resolve related issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Identify and suggest improvements to Sales Administration processes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Hungarian is essential
  • Proven experience in a B2B customer service or support role, specifically involving order processing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using ERP/CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Polish or Czech language
