About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order entry and management within the company’s ERP/CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers following order placement, providing status updates and resolving inquiries
- Generate and issue accurate invoices and standard quotations in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Solutions and Sales Engineers, to ensure streamlined operations
- Maintain up-to-date customer account information and documentation within the CRM
- Manage customer returns and resolve related issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Identify and suggest improvements to Sales Administration processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Hungarian is essential
- Proven experience in a B2B customer service or support role, specifically involving order processing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Polish or Czech language
