About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Contact clients regarding requests for audits, inspections, and lab testing
- Handle order processing including quotations, system entry, and follow-ups
- Assist clients with booking via the QIMA online platform
- Follow up on past due invoices to recover payments while maintaining client relationships
- Execute specific tasks under the supervision of the Client Service Manager
Requirements
- College degree or above
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in 3rd party inspection, lab, logistics, or related industries
- Good command of oral and written English (CET 4 or above)
- Strong communication and language competence
- Self-initiated, independent, and a team player
