About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer client emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact clients regarding requests for audits, inspections, and lab testing
  • Handle order processing including quotations, system entry, and follow-ups
  • Assist clients with booking via the QIMA online platform
  • Follow up on past due invoices to recover payments while maintaining client relationships
  • Execute specific tasks under the supervision of the Client Service Manager

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in 3rd party inspection, lab, logistics, or related industries
  • Good command of oral and written English (CET 4 or above)
  • Strong communication and language competence
  • Self-initiated, independent, and a team player
