Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and create KPI reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of internal and external client reports
  • Communicate efficiently with clients regarding quotations, orders, and messages
  • Handle sensitive issues such as overdue invoice reminders
  • Assist clients with using the online platform and its functions

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience handling difficult clients preferred
  • Open to highly trainable fresh graduates
