About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and create KPI reports
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of internal and external client reports
- Communicate efficiently with clients regarding quotations, orders, and messages
- Handle sensitive issues such as overdue invoice reminders
- Assist clients with using the online platform and its functions
Requirements
- University degree in Business or a related field
- Experience handling difficult clients preferred
- Open to highly trainable fresh graduates
- Good command of English
