About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Salesforce daily to manage customer accounts, track interactions, and document service activities
  • Process orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases and service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide additional office support to cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in a customer service or support role
  • Proficiency in ACUMAX, SAP, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach as needed to perform job duties
