About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, and part inquiries
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through tickets and phone calls
- Research information to provide effective solutions for customer issues
- Process customer quotes and orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments such as shipping, engineering, and technical support to resolve problems
- Identify and communicate customer behavior patterns, pain points, and bottlenecks to the Team Lead
- Contribute ideas to improve domain processes and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry
- 3 years of experience in customer handling via calls or emails
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written) with above-average comprehension
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or InContact (CRM)
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as AS400, Visual, SyteLine, or Oracle
- Negotiation skills
