About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls and enquiries, striving for first-point-of-call resolution.
  • Process customer orders and EDI orders accurately and timely using SAP CRM.
  • Manage inbound emails and maintain detailed customer interaction records within the CRM.
  • Liaise with customers regarding back-order status, pricing discrepancies, and account disputes.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Process customer returns and investigate various customer enquiries or requests.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, providing product guidance, and fielding general enquiries.
  • Perform administrative duties including NDIS, DVA, and customer rental administration.
  • Support reception duties such as mail handling, phone queue coverage, and showroom enquiries.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
