Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for customer inquiries, order status, delivery updates, and claims.
• Monitor customer orders and drive urgent actions to ensure on-time and complete fulfillment.
• Escalate supply, production, inventory, and logistics risks to prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Partner with Sales Managers to support customer retention, revenue growth, and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing records, and account information in Salesforce (SF) and WGS.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer experience, order management, or sales coordination.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English.
• Strong understanding of customer-facing processes, order management, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SF), WGS, Excel, and relevant Order Management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
