About the role

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Generate daily load sheets and requirement listings
  • Monitor all customer portals to ensure accurate information flow
  • Ensure adequate supply of containers through weekly inventories
  • Monitor dock activities and the performance of shippers and receivers
  • Relay customer release information to manufacturing accurately and on a timely basis
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and instructions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of related customer service experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team with a strong customer-focused orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
