About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trial requests, including lot/expiration verification and product quarantine activities using Salesforce
- Monitor inbound inventory and manage outbound shipment execution, including carrier coordination
- Process and release orders to ensure timely and compliant fulfillment
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, including shortages, returns, and credit requests
- Partner with transportation and customer service teams to address shipment issues
- Maintain accurate documentation to support reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
