About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and provide top-quality customer service
- Process a high volume of inbound email requests
- Monitor service agreement updates, alarm-handling protocols, and relevant reporting
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting assistance and educational materials to customers
- Triage service needs and create work orders for technicians
- Manage service ETA requests
- Prepare and present reporting, system utilization, and special projects to assigned accounts
Requirements
- At least two years of related experience
- Tech support or troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Typing speed of 60-80 WPM
- Proficiency navigating Microsoft Suite
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails daily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
