About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide excellent service
  • Process sales and customer service calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries across all communication channels within pre-determined timeframes
  • Resolve customer issues and manage the recovery of failed or cancelled bookings
  • Book and quote flights and packages based on client requests
  • Calculate quotations for flights and handle schedule changes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Offer additional products and services to clients to enhance their experience
  • Perform administrative tasks related to Travelstart products and processes

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of GDS
  • Proven experience in the travel industry
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Diligent, accurate, and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or online travel environments
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
