About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls as the primary point of contact
- Respond to inquiries about products and services
- Process payments and perform general account maintenance
- Up-sell customers to new products or services when appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a high-volume inbound call environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills across several applications
- Basic PC keyboarding skills
- Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM applications
- Prior customer service experience
