Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Respond to inquiries about products and services
- Process payments and perform general account maintenance
- Up-sell customers to new products or services when appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume inbound call environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading ability required
- Strong multi-tasking skills across several applications; CRM experience preferred
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
