About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage assigned customers to ensure a superior level of service
- Facilitate client access to Independent Medical Exams and other Medilaw services
- Manage appointments and related inquiries via telephone in line with company procedures
- Deliver high-quality client liaison to key stakeholders
- Actively promote new products and services to existing clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role
- Proficiency in Office 365, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong numeracy, accurate data entry, and typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical or insurance industry
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with workers compensation processes, legislation, or the life insurance industry
