Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to help them find the best banking solutions
• Solve various customer situations and offer appropriate products and services
• Act as a guide for clients in the banking world through education and consultation
• Work independently while collaborating closely with a professional team

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Result-oriented mindset with an initiative-driven approach
• Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the financial services sector
• Proficiency in English or Russian
