Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and serve as the primary point of contact for consumers
- Respond to inquiries about products and services
- Process payments and perform general account maintenance
- Up-sell customers to new products or services as encouraged
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level supporting a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
- Multi-tasking across several applications; CRM experience preferred
- Basic PC keyboarding skills
- Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior customer service experience preferred
