About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers through live chat, managing multiple simultaneous conversations with professionalism and efficiency
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for a variety of products and services
- Utilize CRM applications and support tools to document interactions and track customer issues
- Answer inbound calls when needed and seamlessly transition between communication channels
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and share best practices
- Meet performance goals and quality standards while actively seeking professional growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient reading comprehension
- Proven customer service experience and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong multitasking abilities and solid typing speed with accuracy
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
