Customer Service Consultant - Chat

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through live chat, managing multiple simultaneous conversations
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for a variety of products and services
• Utilize CRM applications to document interactions, track issues, and maintain organized records
• Answer inbound calls when needed and transition between communication channels
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues
• Meet performance goals and quality standards while seeking continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience and commitment to satisfaction
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations
• Solid typing speed and accuracy for chat-based communication
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed and resilient under pressure
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
