Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through live chat, managing multiple simultaneous conversations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for a variety of products and services
- Utilize CRM applications to document interactions, track issues, and maintain organized records
- Answer inbound calls when needed and transition between communication channels
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance goals and quality standards while seeking continuous improvement
