Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities

• Support customers with inquiries and concerns via telephone and email
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests
• Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer concerns
• Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve issues structurally
• Participate in regular training regarding products, processes, and internal workflows

Requirements

• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive and open attitude
• Initial experience in customer service or similar roles, or motivated career changer
• High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer care
