About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students and faculty to ensure successful campus activities and class setups
  • Provide hospitality and liaison services for incoming visitors, including prospective students and business partners
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with classroom technology and video conferencing equipment
  • Support campus operations by assisting with room setup, breakdown, and reconfiguration for events and orientations
  • Perform administrative duties including printing materials, organizing promotional items, and maintaining stocked campus areas
  • Report and follow up on facility-related issues in a timely manner
  • Support regulatory submission processes and adhere to University safety protocols and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of office coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Experience operating video conferencing equipment, printers, copiers, and computers
  • Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts (campus hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm)
  • Ability to work independently and engage with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher education environment
  • Proficiency with Canva or other graphic design software
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
