Customer Service (Call Center & Receptionist)

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and provide professional assistance via the call center
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting patients and visitors
• Handle administrative tasks to support the hospital's daily operations
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and their families

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory
• Must be a UAE National
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
