About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to customers across Europe
- Handle a wide range of customer requests with empathy and professionalism
- Explain complex technical topics in a clear and educational manner
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools to manage support tasks and documentation
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, or a related field
- Professional fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and support skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong interest in energy storage systems (BESS), electricity, or renewable energy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an industrial or technical environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin
