About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and create memorable retail experiences
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment
- Perform cash handling and authorise fuel pumps
- Manage stock filling and rotation
- Conduct general housekeeping, including cleaning shelves, floors, and facilities
- Comply with all Ampol policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- General computer literacy and ability to handle cash
- Ability to work at the Toowoomba Depot within operating hours (5am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
