About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet English and Spanish speaking customers and guests
- Troubleshoot issues with laundromat machines
- Sell laundry supplies and manage the front desk
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Perform wash, dry, and fold services for drop-off customer orders
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Prior laundromat experience is a plus
