About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries via online chats, emails, and calls
  • Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and adhere to SOPs and manuals
  • Escalate process gaps, shortcomings, or complex enquiries to the Team Leader
  • Highlight top customer enquiries and common issues to management
  • Participate in daily huddles to discuss updates, focus areas, and learning points
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a contact centre
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is required
  • Ability to work on shifts
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and comprehension skills
  • Experience in the FX or Finance industry is an advantage
