About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries via online chats, emails, and calls
- Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and adhere to SOPs and manuals
- Escalate process gaps, shortcomings, or complex enquiries to the Team Leader
- Highlight top customer enquiries and common issues to management
- Participate in daily huddles to discuss updates, focus areas, and learning points
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a contact centre
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is required
- Ability to work on shifts
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and comprehension skills
- Experience in the FX or Finance industry is an advantage
