Responsibilities
- Perform tele-sales and outbound calling activities
- Provide response to all customer enquiries via online chats, emails and calls
- Perform in accordance with key performance metrics
- Adhere to SOPs and manuals when performing daily tasks
- Escalate gaps or shortcomings in existing processes to team leaders
- Highlight top customer enquiries and common issues
- Manage customer expectations and explore win-win solutions
- Attend and participate in daily huddles
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre
- Experience in Forex or Finance industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
