Customer Service Associate - Wealth

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for existing customers and prospects via phone, email, or chat
• Provide professional support regarding wealth management and general account administration
• Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to resolve complex inquiries and escalate to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to actively strengthen customer loyalty
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and self-initiative
• Collaborate with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams to identify product and process improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer contact, ideally in a comparable role
• Strong affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Friendly, solution-oriented, and professional working style
• Ability to work conscientiously and with high attention to detail under time pressure
• Very good German language skills (C1 level)
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English
