Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable contact person for existing customers and interested parties via phone and email
• Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to resolve complex inquiries
• Escalate requests to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and initiative
• Use customer feedback to identify improvement potential in products and internal processes in collaboration with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams

Requirements

• Experience in customer contact, ideally in a comparable role
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Friendly and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work conscientiously and detail-oriented under time pressure
• Very good German skills (C1)
• Good written and spoken English skills
