Customer Service Associate - Wealth

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable contact person for existing customers and interested parties via phone and email
• Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to resolve complex inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and initiative
• Use customer feedback to identify product and process improvements in collaboration with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams

Requirements

• Experience in customer contact, ideally in a comparable role
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Friendly and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work conscientiously and with attention to detail under time pressure
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (written and spoken)
