About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
- Obtain updates from service facilities and factories to assist sales associates with client communications
- Ensure After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are accurate
- Consult with Management and the Sales Team regarding After Sales issues
- Provide support to Sales Associates and the Back-Office team as needed
- Assist in maintaining the store’s appearance
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with SAP
- Valid US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry
