Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide professional face-to-face customer service and community outreach support
• Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate their mission, programs, and community impact
• Engage with community members and answer questions in a clear, respectful, and professional manner
• Encourage voluntary donations and support for nonprofit fundraising campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign activity
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching programs

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with new people in face-to-face settings
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales
• Interest in nonprofit outreach, communications, marketing, or public relations
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
